I believe they are made in America by Mattel. I’ve never seen anything like it nor has my friend that collects toys and buys them at high prices. He’s never seen this sad. He says this is the holy Grail, or one of them, so please ask questions. I am answer the best to my knowledge. (Condition: Brand New)
